What Is God Doing?

Every one of us is part of something bigger than ourselves.

We fill our calendars with work, family, responsibilities, and recreation. Those things matter. But have you ever stopped to ask, "What is God doing in the world, and how does my life fit into His purposes?"

From Genesis to Revelation, the Bible tells one great story of a God who is making His glory known by gathering a people for Himself from every tribe, language, people, and nation.

This Fall, we'll begin a new sermon series entitled MISSIO DEI: God's Mission for Emmanuel Church. Together we'll discover that God's mission isn't simply one ministry among many, but the purpose that shapes everything the church is called to be and do.
